Everyone has a same wish to enjoy peace and stability in future in spite of holding different views
Nay Pyi Taw, 30 Oct- Lt-Gen Hla Min of the Office of Commander-in- Chief (Army) and Union Minister for Border Affairs Lt-Gen Thein Htay together with Rakhine State Chief Minister U Hla Maung Tin, Commander of Western Command Brig-Gen Ko Ko Naing and departmental heads made an inspection tour of Pauktaw Township this morning in order to observe the real situations on recent incidents in Rakhine State.
In meeting with townselder s , Hluttaw representatives, personnel of political organizations, departmental officials and local people at the meeting hall of Pauktaw Township General Administration Department, Lt-Gen Hla Min said that the past incidents would be solved by using the way of taking actions against them. But unacceptable incidents occurred again due to revenge triggered by emotions; that he was here to listen to the voices of the people and frank suggestions of those present.
Among those present, Advocate U Saw Tun Sein, U San Shwe Khine, a local, Chairman of National Unity Party U Tun Myint, U Oo Hla Saw of Bawunchaungwaisu ward, retired township education officer Daw Tin Nyunt of Alepaing ward of Pauktaw, U Tha Tun Aye of Rakhine Nationals Progressive Party, Secretary of Union Solidarity and Development Party U Khin Maung Thein, Acting Pauktaw Township Administrator U Kyan Aye, township education officer U San Myint and Rakhine State Hluttaw Representative CEC member of Rakhine Nationals Progressive Party U Tet Tun Aung expressed their views, outlooks and attitudes and reported on evidences and facts of incidents and suggestions. In response to the reports, Union Minister Lt-Gen Thein Htay said that everyone has a same wish to enjoy peace and stability in future in spite of holding different views.
The government is making s t renuous effor ts for ensuring the rule of law. The rule of law means that each and every person enjoys equal rights under the same law. Anxieties, discontents and revenge are illegal.
Only when the country sees peace and stability, should the focus be on socioeconomic development.
Although a person has different political point of view, he or she can not avoid his or her daily livelihood. In an attempt to foster economic development, the country would have to make effort for keeping abreast with regional countries as well as the globe. He said if he was a local, he would like to pay attention on infrastructural development with the aim of passing development on to future generation. They should not pay the attention only to the emotion, but to the development. The world countries have to face similar incidents. Now collective efforts are being made for it by all countries. He said they no needed to disregard national cause. They should carry out national cause by mean of promoting the standards of culture and traditions. They needed to walk out the history for the country’s development he said. Although Rakhine State which is a role model for patriotic spirit is rich in natural resources, people should not live below the poverty line. The conflicts should come to an end by solving them in the legal framework. Authorities concerned are to solve it by legal and peaceful means by finding the root cause of the conflict.
It is time to call for legal requirement step by step.
Protection of national races is the cause of the State. All are urged to solve the problem in cooperation with the State and people by holding clear and tolerant view.
Rakhine State Chief Minister U Hla Maung Tin said, in his speech, that combined forces were formed for ensuring stability of the region, they are duty bound to keep making efforts for rehabilitation tasks for the victims of both sides after the recent riots, it needs to form State/District/ Township/Ward/Village level combined forces with the aim of not allowing further such incidents.
He continued that those cases might create less progress of development of the state; especially the youth generations; and it must flourish stability in the state where mushrooming industry zones is required for job opportunities, as well as lending a hand to the victims. At the meeting, Lt- Gen Hla Min from the Commander - in-Chief (Army)’s Office said that the meeting intends to really know public wishes.
The Government is going to carefully work out the scrutinizing process on citizens, should-be-guess citizens and should-not-be citizens in a peaceful way.
He urged those present to join hands with the government to restore stability and development of the state without following any instigations.

ရခုိင္ျပည္နယ္ရွိ မၿငိမ္မသက္မႈ ျဖစ္ပြားခဲ့သည့္ ၿမိဳ႕မ်ားသို႔ သြားေရာက္လွ်က္ရွိသည့္  ဒု-ဗုိလ္ခ်ဳပ္ႀကီး လွမင္း ယေန႔ညေနပိုင္း သံတြဲၿမိဳ႕တြင္ ရခုိင္ျပည္နယ္ ၀န္ႀကီးခ်ဳပ္၊ ၿမိဳ႕မိၿမိဳ႕ဖ၊ ႏိုင္ငံေရးပါတီမ်ားမွ ပုဂၢိဳလ္မ်ားနွင့္ ေတြ႕ဆံုရာတြင္ မ်ိဳးခ်စ္စိတ္ရွိဖို႔ လိုအပ္သည္မွာ မွန္ေသာ္လည္း ရခိုင္အမ်ိဳးသားမ်ား အေနျဖင့္ အရွိ လြန္ေနသည္ဟု ေျပာဆိုခဲ့ေၾကာင္း ေတြ႕ဆံုရွင္းလင္းပြဲတက္ေရာက္သူ
တဦးက ေျပာၾကားသည္။

၎က “အခုတေခါက္ ရမ္းျဗဲကိုသူေရာက္ေတာ့ ရခိုင္အမ်ိဳးသား အိမ္ေတြမွာ ဘဂၤလီေတြ ထြက္သြားဆိုတာေတြ ေရးထားတာ ထူးထူးျခားျခား ေတြ႕ရတယ္လို႔ ေျပာတယ္၊ အဲဒါနဲ႔ ပတ္သက္ၿပီးလည္း မ်က္ကန္းမ်ိဳးခ်စ္ဆိုတဲ့ စကားလံုးလည္း သံုးသြားတယ္” ဟု ေျပာသည္။


ထို႔ျပင္ ဂီရိ မုန္တိုင္း ျဖစ္ၿပီးေနာက္ ေျမပံု၊ မင္းျပားၿမိဳ႕မ်ားသို႔ ၎ေရာက္ရွိခဲ့စဥ္က ရခုိင္လူထု၏ မ်က္ႏွာတြင္ ေမွ်ာ္လင့္ခ်က္ကင္းမဲ့သည့္ လကၡဏာမ်ား ေတြ႕ခဲ့ရေၾကာင္း ယခုတႀကိမ္တြင္လည္း ယင္းကဲ့သို႔ ေမွ်ာ္လင့္ခ်က္ကင္းမဲ့သည့္ မ်က္ႏွာမ်ား ထပ္မံေတြ႕ရေသာ္လည္း အတြင္း ခံစားခ်က္မွာ ကြာျခားေၾကာင္းလည္း ေျပာဆိုသြားသည္ဟု ဆိုသည္။

့ ယခုအခါ လံုၿခံဳေရး အင္အားအလံုအေလာက္ ခ်ထားနိုင္ျပီျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း သို႔ရာတြင္ ၎တို႔အား အဓိကရုဏ္း ႏွိမ္ႏွင္းေရး လက္နက္သာတပ္ဆင္ထားေပးၿပီး တိုက္ပြဲ၀င္လက္နက္မ်ား မဟုတ္ေၾကာင္းလည္း ရွင္းလင္းေျပာဆိုသြားသည္။

ရခုိင္ျပည္နယ္၀န္ႀကီးခ်ဳပ္ ဦးလွေမာင္တင္ကမူ ဒု-ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္ႀကီးလွမင္း၏ သံုးသပ္ခ်က္ႏွင့္ ပတ္သက္၍ တံု႔ျပန္ေျပာဆိုျခင္း မရွိပဲ ရခိုင္ျပည္နယ္တြင္ ျဖစ္ပ်က္ေနသည့္ အေျခအေနမ်ားကိုသာ ရွင္းလင္းတင္ျပခဲ့သည္ဟု တက္ေရာက္ခဲ့သူကဆိုသည္။ ဒု-ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္ႀကီး လွမင္းသည္ ရခိုင္အေရးအခင္း စတင္ျဖစ္ပြားသည့္ ဇြန္လကလည္း ဘူးသီးေတာင္ ေမာင္ေတာၿမိဳ႕နယ္မ်ားသို႔ သြားေရာက္ခဲ့သည္။


ထိုစဥ္က ၎သည္ ကာကြယ္ေရး ၀န္ႀကီးတာ၀န္ကို ယူထားသူျဖစ္ကာ ယခင္လပိုင္း ၀န္ႀကီးေနရာ အေျပာင္းအလဲ လုပ္ေဆာင္ရာတြင္ ကာကြယ္ေရး ၀န္ႀကီးအား ဒု-ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္ႀကီး ေ၀လြင္အား ခန္႔အပ္ကာ ၎အား ကာကြယ္ေရး ဦးစီးခ်ဳပ္ရံုး (ၾကည္း) တြင္ တာ၀န္ျပန္လည္ ထမ္းေဆာင္ေစခဲ့သည္။


ေအာက္တိုဘာ ၂၁ ရက္ေန႔မွ စတင္သည့္ မင္းျပား၊ ေျမာက္ဦး၊ ေက်ာက္ျဖဴ၊ ေျမပံု၊ ရမ္းျဗဲ၊ စသည့္ၿမိဳ႕ႏွင့္ အနီးအနား ေက်းရြာမ်ားတြင္ ျဖစ္ပြားသည့္ အၾကမ္းဖက္မႈမ်ားေၾကာင့္ လူ ၈၄ ဦးေသဆံုးကာ ၁၂၄ ဦးဒဏ္ရာရရွိခဲ့သည္ဟု ႏိုင္ငံပိုင္သတင္းစာမ်ားတြင္ ေဖၚျပထားသည္။
