$ငါ မီဒီယာဆုိပီး လုပ္ခ်င္ရာလုပ္ျက တာလား။.... ကိုယ္.လူ အျပစ္ကို ဖံုးကြယ္ျခင္လို. ေဆး၇ံု ကို အသလြတ္ အျပစ္ရွာျခင္တာလား။... မႏၱေလးေဆးရုံ မွသိခဲ.ရတဲ. သတင္း အမွန္... ၁၉-၁၁-၁၃ ည ၁၁း၃၀ မွာ ထိခိုက္ျပီး ၂၀-၁၁-၁၃ မနက္ ၁နာရီ ေဆး၇ံု ျပင္ပလူနာ႒ာန ေရာက္တယ္။သူ. အေဖၚ media man တေယာက္ပါတယ္။ ဆရာ၀န္ က စမ္းသပ္ ေခါင္းဓါတ္မွန္၇ိုက္ျပီး ဦးေခါင္းခြံရိုး အက္တာေတြ.လို. ေဆး၇ံုတက္ခိုင္းတယ္၊ လူနာေရာ လူနာရွင္ေရာ ျငင္းဆံလို. ကြန္ျပဴတာဓါတ္မွန္ မနဲရိုက္ခိုင္းရတယ္၊ CT မွာ ေခါင္းခြံတြင္း ေသြးယိုေနျပီ အေျဖ ထြက္လို. ခ်က္ျခင္း ခြဲစိတ္ဆရာ၀န္ အေႀကာင္းႀကားျပီး ခြဲဖို.ျပင္တယ္၊ ကံမေကာင္းစြာပဲ လူနာ. အေဖၚ media man က အေႀကာင္း အမ်ိဳးမိ်ဳး ျပျပီး ခြဲစိတ္ကုသမွဳခံယူဖို. သေဘာတူေႀကာင္း လက္မွတ္ထိုးမေပးဘူး၊ အဲတာမို.လို. ခြဲစိတ္ကုသမွဳ ကို ၂၀-၁၁-၁၃ မနက္ ၈း၃၀ မွ စတင္နီဳင္ခဲ.တယ္။ ဒါကို ဘာျဖစ္လို. သူတို.သတင္းထဲမွာ ( ေဆးရုံေရာက္ၿပီး ၂ နာရီ ခြဲေလာက္ၾကာမွ “အခ်ိန္ အေတာ္ ေႏွာင္းသြားခါမွ” ဆရာဝန္က စမ္းသပ္ ခြဲစိတ္မႈေတြ စတင္ လုပ္ေဆာင္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ) လို. ေျပာရတာလဲ။ ငါ မီဒီယာဆုိပီး လုပ္ခ်င္ရာလုပ္ျက တာလား။.... ကိုယ္.လူ အျပစ္ကို ဖံုးကြယ္ျခင္လို. ေဆး၇ံု ကို အသလြတ္ အျပစ္ရွာျခင္တာလား။... မူရင္း ဆရာ၏ ေျပာျပခ်က္... I am really sorry for the loss of this good media man. This is the story I got from the hospital. The accident happened as you all have heard in media report. The time of accident was round 11:30PM on 19th Nov. By 1 Am on 20th Nov 13, they (accompanied by his friend media man) arrived at OPD MGH and OPD MO examine and took Skull X-ray. His BP is 110/70 with PR of 50/min. He had dizziness and few bout of vomiting. GCS is 15. Skull X ray show fracture and OPD MO told them to get hospitalization. But they refused MO suggestion and MO again persuaded them to take CT. They took CT and the scan show EDH. By the time CT diagnosis of EDH is revealed , his GCS fall to around 7/8. Then MO inform the neurosurgeon and counseling was done for operation. But unluckly, consent for operation was not given by his attendant media man for various reasons (how bad it was, there is no body to give consent on behalf of him). At that time, emergency neurosurgery operations are going on. So he was left with medical treatment till the morning. The operation of craniotomy for his TP EDH was done on 08:30Am of 20th Nov 2013 as the first case in Elective procedure. This prove their wrong statement in their report as ေဆးရုံေရာက္ၿပီး ၂ နာရီ ခြဲေလာက္ၾကာမွ “အခ်ိန္ အေတာ္ ေႏွာင္းသြားခါမွ” . Delay occurs because of patients factor and he may have survived from TP EDH if there is one wise man who can give consent for him at that time.
